In 2004 Belgian Post International received the 'Certificate of Excellence' from the International Post Corporation, in recognition of companies which distinguish themselves through their excellent international postal processing. Only 11 organisations worldwide have received this distinction.
Number one in the world
After 2004, the criteria for the 'Certificate of Excellence' were made even more stringent. Despite these stricter quality requirements, Belgian Post International once again earned the certificate. That occurred in 2007 – as the first company in the world!
